I'm trying to enter my main playlist and I can't no matter what I do, even clearing the cache doesn't work, but I can enter the other ones. What do I do?

Check, maybe you signed in to the Deezer with wrong account !


It just stays this way unless I refresh and it's taking some time until it works

Try to do some of the below actions, maybe it will help (from Deezer help center ) :

Update the app and your phone software

First, if you're not on the latest version of the Deezer app, update it. You can see the latest update for your phone here. It is also worth updating your phone's operating system.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the Deezer app

  1. Delete the Deezer app from your device
  2. Reinstall the app again (you may have to restart your device again afterwards)

I tried both and it doesn't work. Do you have any more suggestions?


@Nina Nebo I’m experiencing the same issue as Eitan. My playlist has 766 tracks in it. It won’t load on Android no matter what I try (have tried reinstalling app, clearing cache, clearing downloads, and removing the most recently added songs). This issue seems to only affect this playlist, so perhaps there was some change to loading large playlists on mobile?


@hmnd did you try to access this playlist on the Deezer website? So that we know if it is an Android issue or a Deezer issue 


@awesomemac yes, it works on the Deezer site and on v8.0.16.4 of the app. The latest beta and stable versions of the app show the skeleton loading screen endlessly, and occasionally will load successfully if I let it sit for several minutes. This also only seems to affect large playlists. 


 

Maybe you're right @hmnd  perhaps there are some change to loading large playlists on mobile and Deezer developers are working on improvement .I hope the problem will be solved soon .


Now even if I refresh it won't work. This app can be so whack man

Yes I am. Also when I press the search button in a playlist that works, the app crashes
