Playback keeps pausing

Playback randomly pauses during autoplay. Skipping tracks pauses playback. Pause behavior on skip only happens every other track i.e. skip -> pause -> skip again -> play. This suggests to me there is a bug in the code, not an issue on my device.

I've already tried stopping the app & clearing storage + cache.
