I received the My Deezer Year ann I open it, but a black screen just shows up, how do I solve this?

You can find MDY on android under Explore section .

If you still can't open try turning your phone off and on again or logging out and logging back in to your account .

Or maybe you need update Deezer app .

If you still have issue then contact Deezer support / Chat
