music will not au

for the past month or so, my music will not play. if i try to play a song it just gets stuck on loading almost there. i have not been able to play downloaded music either. and before you even ask i restarted my phone, cleared the cache, moved from internal to external and vice versa, and nothing works. i expect this app to work properly especially if im giving you my money for extra features
