MS0002 ERROR- need help

I’ve recently had this error on my android phone. Done everything suggested like restart phone, uninstall/ reinstall, change password etc to no avail. It’s only a problem on my android phone but not my Apple devices. 

 

Can anyone help? I will discontinue Deezer usage if not sorted.

Try these basic tips:

• Clear the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage -> Delete All. (If you have downloaded tracks, you'll need to redownload them.)
If it doesn't work →

• Increase the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage.
If it doesn't work →

• Sign out of Deezer and sign back in with your email and password.
If it doesn't work →

• Uninstall the app and reinstall it from Google Play, the Apple Store, or the Deezer download page.

If it doesn't work →

• Change your network: Wi-Fi, 5G, 4G, or 3G.
If it doesn't work →

• If possible, unplug your router from the power supply for 30 seconds, and then try again when it restarts.
 

If that still doesn't work, please contact support for help with the issue on your device.

Deezer's online chat is very good; the chat entrance is in the bottom right corner.

Thank you. I’ve raised a ticket with Deezer. Not much support so far.
