My mp3-s lately cannot be played due to this MS2002 error code. What is it? Can you solve this problem?

October 27th, 2026 - MS2002 error still happening

October 28th, 2026. Ms2002 error is gone. Mp3 files playing correctly on my Android Phone.

I've Premium, but it could be even a problem. I'm very curious, when we'll get an a answer from Support Team. I was told that a "specialist is working on the problem". I suppose they have no clue what's the problem at all...

I believe the Windows Deezer app also has the same problem. The Windows browser *does* work.

My uploaded MP3 files work in the current Deezer desktop app 8.0.10. You have to find them first though, they are now located at the bottom of your playlist overview if you sort the playlists by recently added or edited.

Mesmo problema, versão 9.0.25.2. Arquivos MP3 enviados reproduzem pela versão web no navegador do PC (Windows 11), mas não reproduzem no App do Android. Minha conta é paga pelo plano incluso com a TIM: Deezer Premium TIM Black.
