Hello, my e-mail address is *******. I am part of a family membership. We have 8 months until our membership expires. I can't log in to the Deezer app. Because the application only sees me as a new member. If I uninstall and reinstall the application, it will not be possible for me to re-download my downloaded songs for a very long time. Do you have a suggestion?

Maybe you accidentally created a new Deezer account and that's why the app sees you as a new member!?

Each Family plan has an admin who can add and remove members.
Let the Admin check if your account exists in the Family plan.

 

We are open community and don’t have access to your account details .
