LG 7 Speaker

Does your LG Speaker have chromecast built-in? 

Do you get an error message? 

What does it say? 

I have checked the specs and Chromecast is built in.

When requesting a song to be played the speaker says Deezer is going to play it but this is followed by silence...

We are investigating this issue,  can you please provide this information: 

• Brand and Model of the device where you can't cast
• If possible screenshot of error message
• Was it working before? Did you notice that it stopped working after some update from OS, Deezer app or firmware of the device?
• Deezer version, OS version
• If it is Chromecast external device or Chromecast built-in

• Can you try to cast from other devices like laptops, mobile phones, tablets,...
