keeps crashing and cutting off

I have been going back and forth with deezer customer service for over a month now! I have been chasing a response for two weeks and no one bothers to get back to me. The app continously crashes or the sound just completely goes when my phones screen goes off but when you click the screen and look at the deezer player the music is still playing because you can see the minutes of the song still going up in number but i cant hear anything. If i then click on the player the sound will come back on. My phone is a Samsung galaxy s20 fe and I ha e tried everything that the deezer customer service has advised me to do to try resolve the issue and what the tech team have advised but I'm still having the issue. It doesn't happen with any other music streaming service. Can someone please help because I'm currently being ignored by deezer

Sorry, our customer team are not ignoring you, I just checked with them and they are trying to help you through there, they replied to you yesterday, for example.

They know your case and they are working on it. 

Please reply to their email and they can keep helping you, because they have access to all your details and data.

I was replied to yesterday because I raised another request for assistance. My initial email correspondence started on the 14th October 2022 and my last email chasing a further response on the 26th Novemeber has not been responded too. 

 

Yes i did receive a response yesterday as I had raised the issue about my ongoing problem with the deezer app again, for a second time! I have responded to that email and advised that I have provided and done everything that was required of me in that email previously.
