This topic discusses the accessibility of the Deezer mobile application for blind users, comments, suggestions and wishes are expressed.

Hello, dear developers.
I would like to inform you about several issues with the accessibility of the mobile application for visually impaired users.
1. It is impossible to turn on a stream by mood or genre. The settings are completely out of focus for screen readers (TalkBack, Jieshuo, Prudence).
2. In the lists of playlists and artists, the speech synthesizer constantly says "Artist" or "Playlist", depending on which tab of the media library I am on.
In this regard, I would like to be able to turn off covers for artists and playlists in the settings.
3. In the list of playlists, the names are often not voiced, only the word "Playlist" is pronounced.
Apparently, the playlist cover is too big, it covers the name.
In this regard, again, the question arises about the possibility of disabling the display of covers in the settings.

Thanks for your feedback @soundmaster. I have passed to our devs.
I can’t promise any immediate improvements, but I hope the UX for visually impaired users gets better in the short term.
