I still have a Deezer Premium account- I went to go somewhere this morning, turned on offline mode and everything was gone. Thousands of tracks I downloaded over the past year. It was on an SDCard- it looks like the card still has the data on it but Deezer just can’t access it.

Any way to fix? I don’t want to download everything again.

Hi @HDGuy, sorry to hear that you are having this kind of issue.
Can you please share a screenshot of Data and Storage going on the app Deezer, settings.

There you go. 512GB SD card with nothing else on it except Deezer music. It shows there's something there but the Android app says I have no d/l music.

I can see you’re not going to help me with my problem. I’ve already gone over a week with it.

Although I love the sound quality of Deezer, the customer service and the apps are almost nonfunctional.

I will be canceling my subscription and moving to Tidal.

Did you sign in with the right Deezer account?

Thanks for the help @awesomemac .

Hello @HDGuy maybe I am wrong but doesn’t sound like an issue of the app,

I would related initially this case as eventual are not logged in the correct account or an SD card this is 100% compatible with your.

My recommendation, due to the fact that Deezer is always reading the files that are stored in default storage location, is to always have that default location as you phone internal memory.

And for other archives like videos, photos, other app will less memory demanding requirements I would store than in the Card if you really need that extra space.

So please confirm if you logged in the correct account and if you are, I would recommend a painful, but rewarding troubleshooting that would imply:

  • Delete Deezer
  • Clear cache of the device
  • Turn off the phone and remove the SD card. After please turn on
  • Install again the app, login on your account and try to download any content.
  • Don’t install the SD card for the next 24/48 hours to see how the app performs.

Hope those tips and steps, helps you out. If the issue persists, use that link that our super user shared with you to reach customer
