My son has a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 but we are not able to find the Deezer app on the play store on his watch. Anyone have a similar problem? We are in the trial phase of our family plan and if we can’t get it to work on his watch we will have to find a different app he can use. He has a watch only plan so there is no phone he uses. The watch can connect via cell and wifi.

The Deezer app might not be immediately visible in the Google Play Store on your Samsung Watch 7 due to a few reasons. It could be a compatibility issue, or the app might not have a companion app on the phone side.


Verify that your Samsung Watch 7 is compatible with the Deezer app. Deezer requires WearOS  4, a Deezer Premium, Duo, or Family account, and a compatible Android phone . 

If the app doesn't appear on the watch's Play Store, it might not have a phone companion app. In this case, try searching for it directly on the browser-based Google Play Store. 


Troubleshooting Steps if Still Not Visible:

Direct Watch Search: On your watch, open the Google Play Store, tap search, and look for "Deezer".

Use Web Browser: Search for "Deezer Wear OS app" in a web browser on your phone/PC and select "Install on more devices" to target the Watch 7.

Restart & Update: Ensure your phone is connected to internet, restart both the watch and phone, and update the Galaxy Wearable app.

Check Account Type: Deezer requires a paid subscription for Wear OS apps.
