Everytime I go to use my account its say currently in listing mode on another device and I can't use it I only use it on one device

If I'm understanding you correctly, you are saying that when you try to use deezer, it's saying that it's currently being used on another device, is that correct?

If so, and you're certain that no one else is using your account with your permission, a family member or similar, it's possible that your account has been compromised. I would suggest you change your password, and then log back in.

Yes tried changing my password says it send me a 6 digit code which I never get and before you ask yes my email address is correct and yes I've checked the spam folder 


Is the six digit code being sent to your phone via text, or to your email account?

Either way, your not getting the six digit code further supports the idea that your account may have been compromised, and your email/phone on the account may have been changed. I would suggest contacting deezer support to see if they can help.
