Hallo, my downloaded files/songs are not available. Error occurs : page not available, pls try again. How to solve?

That’s unfortunate. This is often is result of a corrupt cache or storage media in use.
I’d advice that you do a complete reinstallation of the app. Since you’re on Android please follow these steps.
- Clear Deezer’s Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage > Clear Data
- Uninstall Deezer.
- Wipe Cache Partition: Follow this link or just search for “wipe cache partition {your phone model}” - once done restart your device.
- Install Deezer, log back in and initiate downloads, they should now work.
- If the issue reappears, it’s most likely that your storage is at fault and you might want to consider getting a new phone or storage media.

Hello again. I noticed two options: clear cache and clear data. Wich one ? or both. Can I at the same time change my memorycard for a bigger one thus creating more storage. Rob
