downloaded music has disappeared

One Hit Wonder

I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it wasn't loading my music. I have a premium subscription. Now all my downloaded music has disappeared  - what can I do? Gutted!!

Uninstalling is like "clear cache". All downloads are gone.

Duh - thanks. Thankfully most saved as favourites so can download again. Is there any way to avoid it if it happens again? The app just wasn't loading music so thought uninstall was only way to put it right.  Thanks again

Sorry @Caroline.Beckett but it’s not possible to change that. 😔

When you uninstall the app you clean all data and that usually solve that kind of problems.
