Delete album from my album

I'm unable to delete some album from "my album" section... Those album are no longer in catalogue buy they where added before…

Somebody can help me?

Hi @Zio !

I presume you removed the album from favorites by clicking on the purple heart.
When the heart is no longer purple, the album is still in Favorites.
Then you need to log out of the Deezer app and then log in and the album will no longer be in the Favorites section Albums.


If the album is still not deleted then contact Deezer Support

Hi @Zio !

I listened to your suggestion but the result is still the same, so I contacted Deezer Support.

And think that I loved Genesis' albums more than 40 years ago 🙄

It is impossible for me to delete out-of-print albums that I put among my favorites some time ago.  Is there a way to delete them?

@ghostofkarelia I think you should submit a request to the Deezer service support team: https://support.deezer.com/hc/requests/new
I would choose the values "A technical issue" then "Playlists or favorites" from the drop-down menus.
