I left Australia on a holiday to Canada, Alaska and USA.

I boarded a ship in Vancouver for a cruise to Alaska, while in the gymon board i used my fit bit and listened to Dreezer while i worked out.

When i arrived in Alaska, all of a sudden i get this message....Dreezer Music Expired. Refresh by conecting to saved wi fi network.

My saved wi fi network is in Australia.

I still have 5 weeks of holiday.

Can anyone advise of how i fix this problem.

Thank you..Ross
Hi there @parra329

Sorry that's happened. It could be a location restriction, so I'll double check that for you.

In the meantime, I've unlinked your device, refreshed your cache on our side and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and login again to see if it helps. I recommend you to reinstall the app before logging in again as well.

I am getting this error and I'm in the same location and have not done anything different why can I not access my songs with the above message

Contacted fitbit said its a deezer issue. Please help.

Hello @Vickie Wallner @Vickie Wallner

Sorry to hear that! Have you tried to delete the Deezer app from the Fitbit watch and once you re install to link your Deezer account to see if gets back to normal? If you can send us screenshot of the the error message/issue would be helpful :)

Also I would suggest you to try to get in touch directly with Fitbit to see if everything is OK on their side

Thanks :)

This is also happening to me.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, re-established the WIFI.  All keeps coming back with error.

error on Fit is: deezer music expired refresh by connecting to a saved wifi network

Error in Fitbit app:

Verification required

Sense hasn’t been able to verify your subscription fir several days. Please double check WI-Fi settings and place on charger.

This was connected and working on Tuesday AM.

Thanks

Hey @Jadenauto our developers are aware that there is an ongoing issue with Fitbit as many users have reported login problems.
Could you please provide screenshots of the error messages, both in the app and watch please.
As soon as the problem it’s fixed we will let all affected users know.
Apologies for the inconvenience

Hi,

Someone suggested I unlink my Deezer and fit and then relink them.

I have done that and it is now syncing my music.

This should not have to happen but at least may get things up and running.

Unfortunately it means I cannot provide the screenshot. However what I provided was the exact messages I received

I am unable to connect to Deezer music on my Versa 3....error:Deezer Music expired Refresh by connecting to a saved wifi network...unable to connect. What shld I do have Uninstaller and re-installed doesn't help????

Hello @CarolineUser, we are experiencing issues with the Fitbits at the moment.

Could you send an email to our Costumer Care here

They will add you to the list of affected users and you will receive an email when the bug is fixed.

Hello: I ran into the same issue this morning 11/07/22 after not having used my Fitbit with Deezer for 2 months. I got the Deezer Music expired Refresh by connecting to a saved wifi network. The answer was as mentioned above (nothing else worked). I launched the Fitbit app on my phone and Unlinked the Deezer account and then went through the process to re-link the Deezer/Fitbit account. Then re-add my Playlist and do a Force Sync Now to re-download the music to my Fitbit Sense. A real pain, but its working again.
