Deezer log in problems

I had a free Deezer sign-up code through my operator Yettel, and for some reason I got logged out of my account after, I would say about more than 6 months of using Deezer. I can no longer use the code, nor can I sign up through the link in the Yettel app. When I tried to sign up for Deezer, it said I can't use Deezer unless I pay, but I had it for free with Yettel. It also says that deezer is not available in my country when my friends are literally using it too. What can i do to fix all of this?
