I come across two albums which has no sound. It's a 3 cd album called Plastic Apple by MLO. CD1 plays ok, but CD2 and CD3 are completely silent, yet the "playing now" screen shows the time elapsing as normal. Has anyone come across this? I'm using the latest Deezer app for Android. Thanks in advance

The second and third CDs also show that they are playing without a sound in the desktop app, but only in MP3 audio quality. In HiFi the usual error comes up that you should try again later, so the distributor probably forgot to send CD2 and CD3 to Deezer.

You could report that as an audio problem with either the album or a track in the desktop app with the 3-dot dropdown menu.

The web player in your browser should also have a menu option to report a problem with an artist, album or track.


Thanks for your help. I chose the web player and at the bottom selected Help. From there I made a request choosing Technical Issue as first option. After explaining the issue, they replied within an hour or so saying they will look at the problem and if necessary contact the record label. I'll wait for any further details 👍
