constant error in zen by deezer

Hi, 

I downloaded Zen by Deezer app a week ago and nothing works. Everytime i click on something it tells me "an error occured, try again later" . But still nothing works. 

For info, I have been using Deezer for a long time and it has always worked well. With Zen by Deezer my account was linked automatically. Deezer still works but Zen by Deezer is not.

What can i do?

Please confirm if you did all the procedures below to access the Zen Deezer app:
-On the Zen by Deezer homepage select “I already have an account”.Note: You will be presented with a consent form when opening the app. Click I agree to continue to the login page.

-Enter the email address linked to your Deezer account. Note: If you are already logged in to Deezer on your device, a message will appear asking if you want to use these credentials. Click Sign in with (your name).

-Enter your password.

I just logged out and loged in in different ways but it still doesnt work. Any other advice ?
