I am a deezer subscriber and chose deezer because my hisense smart tv has the app, it worked fine but stopped working abour 4 months ago, i have reset my tv to factory default and tried everything , if i try going into deezer i see only a black screen , please assist ? 

Hey there @GertFourie1212, what’s the year your TV was manufactured, 

maybe the new app is not supported anymore? Have you try updating both TV and app? 

 


Yes , i have updated tv , deezer does not have option to update though
