Can't see playlists songs

After the recent deezer changes I can't see my playlists. I just get the top 4 pictures and can't scroll past them. I'm assuming this is a screen ratio issue for wide screen android? What can I do or can this get patched?

I have the same issue since the update.

Phone with 3:4 screen (surface duo 2), won't let me scroll playlists or favourites.

I have to play the play list, then go to the queue to select another song.

Hi @Slysliver @Smsjohnson, sorry to hear that you are having this kind of issue.

Could you please confirm if the problem still persists?

I just found this thread, yes the problem still persists. I just made a post yesterday about the issue, with a short Video. I noticed it mainly using splitscreen (which will result in a nearly 1:1 aspect ratio):

My other Thread

I know of quite some friends of mine who are affected as well, as they are using a tablet in their car and want to have navigation next to Deezer on the screen. So would be great if you can fix this some time soon! 😊

Hi @klappspaten could you please give me the following details:
• What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
• What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device?
• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device?
Also have you done any troubleshooting?

Hi!

The devices are the same ones I mentioned in the linked topic:

Testet on tablet (e.g. Lenovo P11 on Android 13) or phone (e.g. Sony Xperia 5 III on Android 13). Android Version is the newest one (8.0.2.89). But the device doesn´t really matter, this always happens if the aspect ration of the app is nearing 1:1, and therefore the only item visible when opening a playlist is the image of the list. As soon as the displayed space of the app is big enough (e.g. phone in portrait-mode without splitscreen) so you can see any item of the actual list, you can scroll down. If only the big image is visible, you can´t.

For troubleshooting, there is not much I can do, as I don´t have access to your source code… 😅 Its clearly a problem with the app itself since the optical overhaul, it was working perfectly with the same devices and screen sizes and configurations on all devices.

Hi @klappspaten can you confirm that issue still persists?

According to latest news from our developers, issue should have been tackled.

Yes, the issue still exists, tested e.g. with own playlist, still can´t scroll down over picture. :-(

This issue has not been resolved.  I use a Sony Walkman NW-ZX700 Series and it sucks.  I can scroll the regular way with full albums but playlist I have the same issue as everyone else.  I thought that today’s update would’ve fixed it but NOPE!!!!

I figured out how to fix the issue.  Others may not like this but go into your display settings and go to display size and text.  Change the display size to a smaller size the default size is too big for smaller screens.  This will make the playlist and everything else scroll the regular way without affecting other apps.  I hope this helps many of you.

I use a Sony Walkman NW-A306 and even changing display and font size does not fix this. The album art completely blocks the rest of the list, and you can’t scroll down to access it either.

I already didn’t like the new UI and this is just icing on the cake. Either add a toggle to remove the large album art from playlists (really, I don’t need to see it, I just want a list of songs), or a way to revert to the old UI again, please.
