For over a month now for some reason the podcast "Conan O'brien needs a friend" can't be played or downloaded and I always get a error with it. At first it was multiple different podcasts then just this one with the issue, It also seems to be broken on every other streamer I try now. Not sure how to fix it. Its really bugging me.

I don't have any issues on playing it .

Do you have this issue only on specific platform or on all platforms ( Desktop , mobile ,etc ) . What the type of error do you get ?

Did you try to clear cache on the app ?

Hi @KcTunes I just tested in all platforms and I was able to play this podcast with no problems.
Did you follow @Noam Asulin suggestions already?
Thanks

So far I've cleared the cache and reinstalled deezer ( I've also done the same with spotify and still get errors there as well ) also reset my phone. Haven't tried on desktop yet. An the error just says " Failed to play, content not loading "

I have this same issue with the BBC's In Our Time podcast

It fails in Deezer across Android and from Windows laptops in browsers - so resetting the cache/reinstalling the app won't fix

Is this the only way to get help for this platform - ask other users?

Is there anywhere to raise a technical support ticket?

@matt.ralph you can always contact our Deezer Support agents submitting a request here: https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new
Do you get any error message when it fails to play?
Thanks
