Can't pick some tracks on playlist

I am unable to pick some of the tracks in my Bang and Olufsen app. They appear in a gray shade. They can all be played in the Deezer app???

Can you give us some examples of those songs?

From Deezer Help Center :

If content is greyed out and won’t play, it may be because you're not connected. See our Can't play music page for more details. It may also be greyed out because it is no longer available. This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist, label or right holders have changed.

Also note that playlists created by Deezer, other users and content creators may have had their content removed from public view.

Did you ask about it in the B&O community ? Since the problem is on their app maybe they can tell what the problem is . 

It only occurs in the B&O app, but I have found no help with B&O.

If the songs are playable on Deezer app I really don’t think the problem is deezer but B&O . Do you have any updates available to the B&O app ?  Try also clear cache for the B&O app 

You are quite right. It happened after B&O got involved with Tidal and changed the app. I hoped some had solved the problem here.
