I also keep getting this issue with s23 ultra. I'll be sitting at work and randomly the app will just close completely. I even have deezer set to never sleep in the andriod settings.

This happened on my previous device which was a s21 ultra too. I've tried all the basic Troubleshooting. Re installing, cashe clearing etc 

Are there other apps running at the same time @erowe778? They could be causing this as well… 

@Yula thank you, yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue still happens - is there anything else I can try? I never had this issue before until I created my own account...

@Yula update - if anything, uninstalling it has made it even worse! It keeps shutting down and stopping on every second or third song now! :(

I will have it open with apps running, but only chrome, Facebook, twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Nothing that should be causing a conflict.

The thing is, I think it's a bit unrealistic to have to close down every other app to use deezer. No other app has this issue of randomly shutting down altogether

As I am in home office I don't use Deezer app that often on my pixel, mostly on my desktop browser. I do have to move around and especially I have the same random issue. Listening to music in my car and suddenly Deezer close without notice. I have to reopen the app, the current track is lost. This is not safe while driving. Keeps happening after reinstallation.

Can you give us the Android version installed in your phone, the version of the app and if you can send us a video of what happens please?

I did purge all the downloaded track yesterday. No issue since, fingers crossed !
