I am a premium member. I used to be able to get Deezer on my Samsung tv.
Now it tells me to go to the deeper.com/link and use a code.
I have the app on my phone and there is no where on the app that it asks for the code that is appearing on my TV screen.
Please help.

Here are some photo’s and screenshots. I hope that they are useful (and only in Dutch). It works fine here on my Android phone and my Philips TV.
Step 1 on the TV:
Step 2 on the phone, press Continue with the Deezer app
Step 3 on the phone, enter the code:
Step 4 on the phone, you are logged on:

Hi I understand what is needed but it is not working for me. When I go through the process I do not get

Step 2 is on your browser (could be any browser, I’m using Chrome) and step 3 is your Deezer app. It’s weird why your Deezer app doesn’t start.
Did you try this on something else like a pc, Mac or tablet?
I tried it on a browser and it did work:
And after “You are now logged in!” my tv started Deezer.
Thank you. I tried it on my laptop instead of my phone and it worked. All sorted. Thank you for the help. Obviously the browser on my phone just couldn't do it. Have a great weekend!
