Hi , I’ve been with Deezer for a long time but know my tracks have gone after I Sonos . 
 

how can I get my tracks ?

Hello @Ian Bennett if I understand well your message, you are telling us that you lost of music library. Is that right?

If that is correct, I check in the system and found a new account created 10 of September under email starting with - ian3 @ googlemail.com, but you have another account since 2014 under email - ho*** @ me.com.

Shortly after Deezer updated their app into being purple, i cannot access my subscription or music. It’s been over a month now. Can i just get my subscription back because i have been paying for it consistently so


Hi @Olerato : May sounds a bit simple, but could you check if the correct email address is being used in the app? And have to tried to log on by any other means; web browser, another phone/tablet?

If this is the case and you are sure that the correct email address is being used and it doens’t work on other devices, send in a request:
