I’ve been listening to it daily since the release and just noticed it seemed to be missing some songs a couple days ago.  Checked my favorites and the link to the album is still there, no cover art but upon clicking it takes me to a By Your Side EP?????  
This is the link that used to go to the album.  Searching for it finds nothing and Construct isn’t listed on their Discography at all.

I don't know exactly which section it belongs in (Albums or EPs), but By Your Side by VNV Nation is in the Singles.

 

 

Considering it has three songs, I don't think it belongs under singles !?

 

Thanks Nina, but that’s not the problem.  The problem is the entire Construct album is just missing and in it’s place is that ‘single’.

 

So does Deezer actually read these or not?  I tried to open a support ticket, but didn’t get any response yet.  This is seriously disappointing.

VNV Nation released three singles for the album: "Silence Speaks", "Station 21" and "By Your Side" and they are available on Deezer.

 

Unfortunately, there is no "Construct" album on Deezer at all.

Nope, not useful at all.  The album -was- there, for weeks.  Now it’s gone, no explanation.  I’ve already contacted VNV Nation and they have stated they haven’t removed it from Deezer.

Ugh, the deezer support ticket I opened ended up in my junk folder, I’m corresponding with them now.

Update: so far Deezer support is less than helpful, maintaining the label/artist must have asked them to remove it, but email from VNV Nation directly says they haven’t.  Looks like a technical issue that Deezer needs to fix.

I miss that album, too - used to hear it a lot :(
