suddenly i can only listen to songs on deezer free account for 30 seconds?


suddenly i can only listen to songs on deezer free account for 30 seconds? I try to play my favourites which I have had no problems with previously but now I can’t, anyone have any reasons or solutions please? If this is a new policy with deezer then surely free deezer is pointless, and in order to play full songs you have to have premium account?

Same problem, just signed up, trying out the free web version on my desktop, not using an app. Can’t play full songs individually or from any list, with shuffle turned on. How is this supposed to make me want to upgrade to Premium? How do I know it’ll even work if I upgrade? Very frustrating experience for a potential paying customer.

If you subscribe to Deezer premium and if is there still same problem then you can anytime switch back to Deezer Free .

All you have to do is cancel your subscription. Your account will revert to the Deezer Free service on your next billing date.
