I’m a producer and have 22 songs on a playlist playing for the last 4 months but havent received any royalties, Distrokid said to contact Deezer.

they dont have “royalties” as an issue that one can write about.. in the drop down for
“issue”

The support email i believe and then yesterday i got another ticket number while doing an
online chat
I have received an email saying this was answered. No it wasnt. I got an email from
support and they say to ask Distrokid and CD Baby why i am not getting royalties
from Deezer, while i am getting from Apple, Tidal, Spotify and Amazon, but
Distrokid asked me to ask Deezer, it seems like a run-around. So I obliged once
again and opened a ticket with Distrokid and asked about Deezer, I wonder if i will
get a different response.

Deezer never pays artists directly.
It goes always through their distributors.
So what we can recommend is to contact the distributor directly.
If there is any issue the distributor can open an incident directly with us
i’m not asking to be paid directly, i am asking Deezer to pay my Distrokid and CD Baby accounts
