I recently had Deezer and then my contracted ended and I had to pay for premium I still have not received any of my catalogs for listening to music. I've logged out logged back in turn my phone on turn my phone off

It sounds to me like you accidentally created a new account and can't find your music anymore. Your music is still there (don't worry), just in a different account.
Did you make the booking within the app? (Google/Apple?)

We have checked our records and indeed as @dee_dirk have mentioned, you have created a new account subscribing to Deezer Premium by using Google payments.

Please contact our Customer Care team, providing the invoice of the last payment of your ‘old’ account, and they will be able to help you to retrieve the details of the account where all your music is 😎
