Problem with account

Hi, it looks like someone has connected an app (a chromecast) to my device and the waiting list only shows their songs. I’ve tried changing email and password and it’s still happening and disconnected the device several times.

Besides, none of my devices appear in the device list, even though the apps are working correctly.
