I made up a playlist of 20 tunes, pressed to download & the green bar came across all my tunes ok , so I assumed they were downloaded,

But where have they gone ??? I checked my recent download box on Windows Edge, A file was there but when I opened it , Nothing, It was blank. yet on Deezer page the download was successful. So how do I transfer this onto my Windows Media player. ( Easy jargon Pls,) I'm a 76 year old, not a computer Whizz Kid. !!!!

Hi @Chairman P.J., thanks for your message

To download your content via the Desktop app, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Favorites favourties.png
  2. Select the tab with the type of content you want to download. For example, Favorite TracksPlaylistsAlbums, or Podcasts
  3. Select the download icon Slider.png to make your content available for offline listening

If you want in-depth knowledge on this topic, I suggest accessing this article Listen To Deezer Offline.

Please let me know if you need further help.

Hi @Chairman P.J.

like @Leonídia.Deezer say you can download your content via the Desktop app with following steps .

I make screenshot how was I download playlist

first clik on download

when is playlist downloaded you can find it on left side where is Downloads

You can't find downloaded music on your PC ,because is on Deezer app in downloads .
Basically it is on your PC ,but only in Deezer app for Desktop .You can listen offline playlist there ,and no need for Windows media player .

You cannot play downloaded Deezer files in Windows Media Player, because they are copyright-protected and hidden on your computer, as this is the condition by the labels for allowing offline downloads and playback.
