haven't been able to use my Deezer for months

Going into the app today it won't load my profile and asking me to 'Secure my account', but when I go to page adding my email and password it just says 'error occurred', password correct , have uninstalled and reinstalled app, have logged in and out. Has been happening for ages so it's not a server issue.
