Deezer is not updating

I really regret paying for a whole year. I thought it would fix the many faults. If I update a playlist I need to restart my phone, reinstall Deezer and clear cache about a million times for Deezer to stop playing a song I deleted. On occasion it plays a different song from the title and my favourite tracks are not updating despite clearing cache a million times, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone etc. etc. etc.... Also Deezer seems to classify everything as pop, despite me playing mostly folk, singer/songwriter, rock, and indie/alternative pop. It's very strange...

That doesn’t sound great, and it seems you’ve already tried quite a lot.

Are you using iOS or Android? I’m not experiencing anything like what you’re describing.

Would it be possible to share a video showing what you’re encountering?

Someone here might be able to give you the answer, but I suspect you may be better off directing your question to Deezer Support.
