Hey @ChrisTwoFour
Obviously in hindsight, the play would have been to transfer your playlists prior to deezer free shutting down and you subsequently not having access to your account.
That said, as of now, I can't think of a solution other than the one you mentioned, to pay for a month of deezer premium to get access to your playlists.
I'm not sure how many you have, or what it is worth to you not to have to recreate them again.
Also, you're going to have to consider the expense of a migration service, some of them will transfer a limited amount of music for free, but if your library is extensive, you're going to end up paying to move your music, whether through tune my music, song shift, or one of the other available services.
Are you planning on going with YouTube Music free? It might be worth considering staying with deezer premium if the subscription price is comparable to YouTube Music Premium, if that's what you're thinking of.
I've reached out to the other super users here at deezer to see if anyone else has any other ideas, but I think what I've mentioned here are probably your choices.
best of luck with whatever you decide.
