Now to the question part. I have 2000 favorite playlists and I can’t see them at all in all my DAP, including Hiby RS6 and R6-III.
Does it happen because I have too many of them?
How can I solve this issue? Will deleting most of them help?

There is a limit for the playlists on Deezer: 2000. So if you have more that 2000 playlists you won’t be able to see them all.
