I can't confirm whether these emails are legitimate or not because I would need to know the sender's email address. As the Community is an open internet forum and we prioritize your security, we don't ask for personal data here.
In this regard, I suggest that you update your password to access your Hotmail inbox. As we can’t prevent anybody to type your email in our apps, I also recommend that you change the e-mail address associated with your Deezer account.
Regarding the removal of a credit card, I checked your Deezer account with the email (me**** @ hotmail.com) and didn't find any credit card associated with it.
