account in listening mode on another device, how to solve tgis?

Morning! I have premium subscription and the only one who use it. For few days I see “your Deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device” I m try to change password access and email access but not getting code on my email after several attempts. Pls help how to resolve. Thanks

Thanks a lot for reply, I already checked all links. Didn’t find how to solve the issue that trying to change my password - I m not getting security code on email. Could you please kindly guide on this. Many thanks!
