Is it bugs?


Not sure why deezer on mobile keeps giving problems. I have the family package and myself and another member has experienced issues. On my account I have almost 2000 songs on my favorites, now I'm not sure if deezer can handle this because it sometimes shows I only have 400 songs and other times it's accurate but struggles to load the songs. Also, when I'm streaming it gives me an error of couldn't load content... A member on my account also has just over 1000 songs but when he puts the list on shuffle it plays like 10 songs and stops, then he needs to select a different song and the cycle starts again. I'm not sure what's going on with deezer these days but it's annoying to have these issues when I didn't have them before.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using a Samsung galaxy A33 5G and the other family member (with the shuffle issue) uses a Samsung galaxy A31. I've tried the steps in the article but it still gives problems.
