Deezer for Artists - Pending Artist Channel Claim

Hi guys,

 

I’ve applied to claim my artist profile twice, the first time it was denied and the 2nd time around the application has been pending for 2 months with no updates.

 

Is it possible to get help regarding claiming my Deezer for Creators account?

 

Here’s my band’s link on Deezer - https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/12089088

 

Please let me know what needs to be done in order to expedite the process. Got all the proof of ownership that is necessary.

Same here - I applied mid March of this year for Carlos Rafael Rivera - no news - thanks for your response/help @Yula Yula
