How can I log a decent complaint with deezer?

I have a premium account, now I moved to odido and get family from them. For some reason I cannot utilise this. Odido points me to deezer and from deezer I get no feedback whatsoever, despite the fact tjat I have a ticket number.

I realise now that I am paying double, something I did not notice until deezer did not reply and I was looking into this more deeply.

I would like a refund and be able to use family via odido

Where do I need to be?

Hi @Marc, my name is unique! !

To switch from a Deezer subscription to an Odido subscription, you'll need to cancel your existing Deezer account and then activate Deezer through your Odido mobile subscription. Odido typically offers Deezer as an extra with their mobile plans.

Here's how to do it:

1. Cancel your existing Deezer subscription:
Go to your Deezer account settings.
Find the "Manage my subscription" or similar option.
Cancel your subscription, following the prompts to confirm.
Ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month, according to Deezer.

2. Activate Deezer through your Odido mobile plan:
If you have a mobile Odido plan, log in to your Odido account (Mijn Odido).
Navigate to the "Extra's" or "Add-ons" section.
Find Deezer and activate it through your Odido subscription.
You may need to link your existing Deezer account or create a new one during the activation process.

Important Notes:
Deezer activation through Odido is typically linked to your mobile number.
If you already have a paid Deezer account, you may need to stop your current payment method before linking it to Odido, according to Odido community forums.
If you encounter issues, check the Odido website or community forums for specific instructions or troubleshooting.

This is information from the web, before taking the steps described above, please do additional checking with Odido or contact Deezer support.

Thanks, but I took al these steps and I still cannot utilise my Family subscription, that's all I wanted.

CS did get back to me in the mean time with the same answer as before.

I need to wait until November to activate Family and the will not offer a restitution.

I am paying double. CS says NO to a customer, which is the Rudest thing to do, really do you want to keep your job… trust me I work in a B2B CS environment, you do not say NO to a client with a full stop.

If Deezer wasn't  that anal about letting me wait until November I wouldn't even have figured out I payed double. So now I want a restitution of course and use my family subscription.

Nevertheless the question about where to file a proper complaint wasn't answered for.

Oh the important note, almost forgot, check with Odido you say.

They send me to Deezer in their right. I paid deezer, I have an account with deezer so it is indeed deezer who should help me with the refund and unlock my account so I can upgrade to family. These are actions only Deezer can do. Not Odido.
