One Hit Wonder

I've been paying monthly and then my app stopped working and said I need to subscribe. It took £107 out my account for a full tear when I selected monthly which is what I have been paying. Now I have the £10.99 per month and the £107 thats gone out my account. I want a refund for the £107 as you're still taking £10.99 out my account.
