Impossible de rejoindre un abonnement family

Bonjour, je faisais partie d'un abonnement family et il y a 3 jours quand j'ouvre deezer j'étais déconnecté et en me reconnectant je vois que mon compte était passé en version gratuite, j'ai donc demandé à l'admin de me rajouter, il m'a envoyé un lien mais quand j'essaie de m'associer il y a un message d'erreur, et ça le fait pour tous les autres membres, comment faire ?
