I have paid my subscription yet I’m still being asked to make a payment and have to listen to adds. Either cancel my subscription or make it work properly please

It is possible that you have a second account. And that you paid via account 1 and you are logged in via account 2.

If you've paid and are still seeing ads, try refreshing your account or contact support to resolve the issue.
