I changed mij subscription from premium to duo and ahd to pay directly.
What happens to my monthly direct debit payment?

That's right. If it's correct, the new amount will now be debited monthly. So now you have Deezer Duo.
You can also take a look at your account. Go to account management and then to the Subscription section. There you will see Manage subscription, there you can also see whether your subscription is correct and how the payment was made and how it will go.
