I’ve lost all my favourite tracks I’ve been with you since 2017 and had over 500 tracks some very special to me. I had to cancel in Jan 24 because I Couldn’t afford £14.99 which started of at £6.99! I went back to tracks with adverts. My favourite track are still on my I phone but not my I pad, could I have them back please? ……….Thankyou, Dave!

Downloads are device-specific, so if your account went from Deezer Premium to Deezer Free (where downloads are not included), you would (in theory) have the downloads removed from all devices.

If you cannot afford Deezer Premium at the moment, you will unfortunately not have access to your downloads (probably not even on your iPhone for much longer).

Paying for Premium will allow you to download your favorites to both devices again.

Maybe a family member (or several) want to share the cost of a Family subscription with you to mitigate some of the cost?

Best of luck.

Hey @laicsdave

It almost sounds like you have 2 accounts and are obviously logged into the wrong account. Because favorites don't just disappear if the subscription is no longer valid.
