Deezer silently disable HIFi taking same amunt for premium


Deezer just silently disable hifi for Ukraine, taking same money for premium subscription.

Deezer has provided our users from Ukraine with a complimentary Premium subscription with high quality, which is why your account has high quality, not HiFi.

Ok nice, but where is it writren in terms and conditions? Deezer advertises Premium plan as subscription that includes hifi. 

Where is the list of countries where is hifi is available for premium? 

How can I know if my current country supports hifi and it worth to change it if Deezer hides from subscribera this information? 

Why dooes Deezer lies advertising premium as subscription that  includes hifi? There is many other services provideing competiting prolose for high quality. I feel robbed as I have paid for nothing more than  one year

The problem was in unqualified unrelative  answer from robot-like or AI based support. The real issue was is  that I have paid from another account and this "premium subscription" seems just promotion for any account registered from Ukraine. I have clearly explained to support that I have paid for subscription but I got copy-pasted unrelative unswer from which I understood that I am paying for premium (deezer hifi) but do not getting hifi becouse of country limitations.

please do not copy-paste this trash spamming in all topics with link to support. If you have read my message you wouldn't post link to support. 

There is a bots in support that also do not read messages and send copypasted based on keywords general answers, unrelative to concrete issue
