Hey there
just about everyone here on the forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I would suggest opening a ticket with deezer support so they can assist you.

in the meantime, I have no idea what troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken, so it’s difficult to offer suggestions.
