Lost my favourites and my subscribtion

Hi, my Deezer account was disconnected without my doing, when I reconnected myself, my subscribtion was gone and my account reset even though I used the right email adress, for the information, my subscribtion was linked with my phone network provider

just about everyone here is a fellow subscriber such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account. I suggest that you contact deezer support so that they can sort it out for you.
